Privacy

IEPguard takes all necessary steps to ensure that your child's IEP and personal information remain confidential.  Only information relevant to creating a comprehensive analysis of your child's IEP will be shared within the IEPguard network.  We do not ever share nor disseminate personal information with third parties without expressed written consent of parent/guardian.  We keep all data/documents on a separate external hard drive locked in a secure location.  After 2 years from the initial year of service (inactive profile), we erase all data so as to ensure that your personal information and privacy is always protected.  For more information regarding privacy, please feel free to contact us at info@iepguard.com

Legal

IEPguard is not intended to be used as evidentiary documentation at due process or any other legal proceedings.  IEPguard will not corroborate nor support any legal inquiries pertaining to documents/emails used to communicate information regarding your child's IEP.  Our service is solely designed to help parents better understand their child's IEP and gain confidence when advocating for their child's needs.  IEPguard is not credentialed to provide legal counsel and when necessary will refuse or re-direct services towards professionals more equipped to handle legal matters in your area.  If an IEP or caseload is deemed to require more intense intervention, we will notify parent/guardian(s) of such and provide a full refund.  For more information regarding privacy, please feel free to contact us at info@iepguard.com
